Douala (All Zones)
Yaoundé (All Zone)
Buea (All Zone)
, Limbe, and Bamenda (All Zone)

Delivery Timeframes
Same-day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM in Yaounde.
Next-day Delivery: All other orders within Douala.
2–3 Business Days: Yaoundé and nearby urban areas.
Pre-Order Products: Delivery times are specified on the product page.
Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or bad weather conditions.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location and order size:

| Yaoundé | 1,000 – 15,000 XAF |
| Express Service (Yaounde) | 3,000 XAF |
Orders over 40,000 XAF may qualify for free delivery within Yaounde.
All delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:
A confirmation email/SMS
A tracking link or live update via WhatsApp (in supported zones)
You can also track your delivery status by logging into your MboaMart account.
Delivery Hours
We deliver Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
No deliveries on Sundays or National Public Holidays (unless stated otherwise).
